Inside Netflix's New Real-World Experience: What to Expect at Netflix Houses

Netflix is famous for streaming movies and shows online, but now they’re stepping into the real world with something new: Netflix Houses. These are huge places where you can shop, eat, and enjoy entertainment, all inspired by Netflix shows and movies.

Imagine walking into a Netflix House and seeing everything themed around your favorite series. There will be restaurants serving food from your beloved shows, stores selling merchandise, and even live shows to watch.

Marian Lee, Netflix’s Chief Marketing Officer, explains that these places will be like theme parks, but without the rides. Instead, you’ll get immersive experiences that change often, so there’s always something new to see and do.

The first two Netflix Houses will open in 2025. One will be at the Galleria in Dallas, Texas, and the other in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Each location will be massive, covering over 100,000 square feet of space. If these do well, Netflix might open more in other places.

The key, of course, is making sure the experience is top-notch. They’re aiming for something more like Universal CityWalk or Disney Springs, where people not only shop and eat but also feel like they’re part of their favorite Netflix worlds.

In the future, Netflix might even add rides inspired by their shows. Think about stepping into a Stranger Things or Squid Game ride – it could be a big draw for fans.

For now, it’s exciting to think about these Netflix Houses coming to life. If you’re close to Dallas or Pennsylvania, it might be worth a visit to see what they’ve created from the shows you love.
